New vendor registration system coming in fall 2015!

In the fall of 2015, the City of Goodyear will be implementing a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. What this means for your business:

  • Registered vendor information will be visible to all departments for contracting opportunities
  • Registered vendors will be able to log on to Vendor Self-Service to update business information
  • Bids can be electronically submitted online
  • Vendors can register to receive notifications on bidding opportunities for select goods and services

Once the new system is available for vendor access and updates are completed, the city will send user names, passwords, and instructions on how to use the new Vendor Self-Service system to those already doing business with the city. For vendors who have not yet done business with the city but may have registered in the previous system, information on how to re-register will be provided.

The city will send out additional information regarding vendor registration closer to the October 1st implementation date.
