What sorts of activities are available?
A variety of youth sports, adult sports, enrichment classes, aquatics, 50+ activities and special events. Please visit goodyearaz.gov/rec and reference our Recreation Catalog.
What forms of payment is accepted?
We accept most forms of payment, including, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Cash, or Check. We do not accept Discover Card.
What do I do if I cannot remember my login or password?
You can call the recreation office at 623-882-7525 and we can look up your login name for you. We will not be able to see your password but we will be able to reset it for you.
Is there a cost to create an account?
No, creating an account does not cost anything. You will only be asked to pay when you are registering for an activity.
Is my online account active the moment I create it?
No, after you create an account it will be sent to the recreation system and will await approval until proper documentation (proof of residency, birth certificate, etc.) is received.
Where do I go to create an online account?
Go to goodyearaz.gov/rec. On the left hand side you will see a link that says "Register Online." After you click on that you will select "Request Account" you then will then be prompted to fill out the necessary information.

What do I need to create an account?
In order to create an account, proof of residency must be established. A birth certificate is required for anyone under the age of 18. Proof of residency such as, water bill, electric bill, Internet or cable bill can be scanned, faxed or brought into the recreation office.
Can I register over the phone?
No, you must either come into our office or go online. A waiver must be signed prior to participation.
Where is the Recreation Office located?
The recreation office is located at 3075 N. Litchfield Rd. It is located on Litchfield and Avalon, halfway between Thomas and Indian School.
