Domestic violence is a pattern of behavior that includes the use or threat of violence and intimidation for the purpose of gaining power and control over another person.

IF YOU ARE IN IMMEDIATE DANGER CALL 911

Does Your Partner…..

  1. Call you names or put you down?
  2. Push, hit, slap or choke you?
  3. Tell you you’re a bad parent or threaten to take away or hurt your children?
  4. Control what you do, where you go, who you see or talk to?
  5. Say the abuse is your fault or apologize and promise that it won’t happen again… but it does?

If you answered yes to any of these questions you may be in an abusive relationship.
