The City of Goodyear has five school districts, with varying tax rates, within the city limits. Download the Property Tax Chart that shows the different tax rates. Most of the City's industrial property is within the Agua Fria High School/Avondale Elementary districts. The commercial/retail properties are largely within these districts or the Agua Fria High School/Litchfield Elementary Districts. Commercial/Industrial Property (Class 1) is assessed at 20% of the full cash value starting Tax Year 2011.
